ARTIST STATEMENT
My name is Costa Christ, an internationally published artist and photographer based in Dallas, Texas. For me, "winning" represents the achievement of a personal dream, realized through discipline, defiance of the odds, and an unbreakable commitment to persevere. This drive to win has shaped every meaningful relationship, experience, and accomplishment in my life.
In 2014, just two years after graduating from SMU with a degree in accounting, I founded Costa Christ Media with limited resources and no formal training in photography. Overcoming countless obstacles, I built my architectural photography business, eventually establishing "Strictly Natural Light®" as my registered trademark. Over nine years, I photographed more than 2,000 homes and collaborated with some of the most respected names in architecture, interior design, and real estate, with my work featured in prestigious publications like Forbes, Veranda, and Architectural Digest.
In 2019, while photographing in Greece, I realized the broader appeal of my travel images, inspiring me to launch Costa Christ Art. This new chapter focuses on exclusive, limited-edition fine art photography crafted with exceptional materials to capture life's beauty and inspire powerful emotions. Through these images, I aim to share my passion for adventure and visual storytelling, creating art that celebrates life, creative freedom, and the pursuit of dreams. For me, that’s the ultimate expression of winning.
